On March 31, a special menu will be available, in addition to our usual brunch offering from 9:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and our regular dinner menu from 2:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
The featured appetizer will be our seasonal Strawberry, Spinach and Toasted-Almond Salad with Poppyseed Dressing ($12). For the entrée, guests may choose from Glazed Ham with Peach and Ginger, Honey-Glazed Carrots, Roasted Asparagus, and Scalloped Potatoes ($26) or Herb-Roasted Lamb Loin with Pea Purée, Sunburst Squash, and a White-Bean Ragout ($29). The sweet ending to our traditional Easter meal will be a light Lemon Pudding Cake complemented by a refreshing Blueberry Semi-Freddo ($9).
Hotel guests are welcome to stop by the Beach Club during the morning, where kids can participate in the Easter Egg Hunt at 10:00 a.m. on the beach and pool deck areas, with a special guest appearance from The Easter Bunny!
