It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas at The Seagate Hotel & Spa as we decorate the property and invite our guests to partake in the festivities happening around town. The celebrations vary from the traditional tree-lighting ceremony in Old School Square, the holiday parade down Atlantic Avenue, and a string of boats to light up the Intracoastal Waterway. Save the date to participate in the following signature Delray events during this holiday season:
Thursday, December 5: Christmas Tree Lighting – For more than 20 years, Delray Beach residents and visitors alike have admired the 100-ft. Christmas tree, which was recently named as one of the best trees in all of the USA, right up there with those at Rockefeller Center and the White House. Experience the famous Christmas tree lighting with a grand entrance from Santa himself, who will arrive via helicopter at 7:00 p.m. on the Great Lawn of Old School Square to light the famous 100-ft. Christmas tree. Beginning at 5:00 p.m., there will be musical performances by students from local schools, activities for kids of all ages, and much more.
