The Chorale, Delray Beach 33 Gleason Street, Delray Beach
Performing beautiful music in the south Palm Beach County area for over 24 years, the chorale offers two major programs per year (winter and spring), at the First Presbyterian Church on Gleason Street.
The holiday fun begins with the lighting of our famous 100-foot Christmas tree at Old School Square. Kids can visit Santa, ride the holiday carousel, enjoy outdoor “ice” skating, listen to music, enjoy great food, and go inside the tree to see the animated elf scenes and more! The tree is illuminated through the beginning of the New Year.
Delray Beach Holiday Parade
Line up early for this hometown parade down Atlantic Avenue. The parade begins on east Atlantic Avenue and continues west to the Fire Department. Presented by the City of Delray Beach Parks & Recreation Department.
Holiday Boat Parade
Boats are decorated to dazzle and delight as they leave from the Boynton Beach Inlet and travel down the Intracoastal Waterway to Delray Beach’s C-15 Canal. It’s a winter wonderland on the water you won’t want to miss!
Every New Year’s Eve, Downtown Delray Beach hosts a family-oriented New Year’s Eve party with crafts, food, games, parades, fun, and entertainment.
Howard Alan Events
Howard Alan Events brings the unique creation of hundreds of award-winning artists to thousands of art enthusiasts.
Celebrations include a sand sculpture contest, parades, live entertainment, and food, culminating with a spectacular fireworks display. Festivities take place on the beach at the intersection of A1A and Atlantic Avenue.
The Delray Affair
One of South Florida’s oldest and largest outdoor arts, crafts, and entertainment festivals, The Delray Affair features top-notch artists and crafts persons.
First Friday Art Walk
This event is held on the first Friday of the month from 7:00 to 10:00 p.m. All the downtown galleries, art studios, and showrooms open their doors to the public for an evening of art, music, and refreshments along Atlantic Avenue in the downtown Delray Gallery District.
Savor the Avenue
Join hundreds of guests and 16 of downtown Delray’s finest restaurants at Florida’s longest dining table, right down the middle of the famed Atlantic Avenue. Each participating restaurant has a prix fixe menu that’s accompanied by adult-beverage pairings. This event is held annually on the last Thursday of March.
Celebrate the sophistication and style that’s offered in this village by the sea. Enjoy fashion events, in-store designer trunk shows, and the Fabulous Fashion Show showcasing over 150 different looks from 50 different retail locations in downtown Delray Beach. This event takes place the third week of January each year.

The Delray Beach International Tennis Championships (ITC) plays host to the nationally televised Delray Beach Open every February, an ATP World Tour 250 series men’s tennis tournament.
St. Patrick’s Day Festivities
